Gilbert, AZ, August 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Long known for its close proximity to the majestic San Tan Mountains, Taylor Morrison’s Adora Trails now boasts 30 floor plans and 10 models for the discerning Arizona home buyer with the recent addition of the Arizona home builder’s Summit Collection.

The Summit Collection features elegantly designed floor plans ranging from approximately 2,700 square feet to more than 4,500 square feet, providing plenty of living space for any Arizona family. Three distinctive exterior elevations are available to buyers that include Spanish and Tuscan influenced architecture. Additionally, the Summit Collection features many luxurious design upgrades to personalize homes to specific lifestyles.

“The homes offered in the Summit Collection are really something to marvel,” said Bob Thompson, vice president of Sales and Marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Arizona division. “Each floor plan has its own unique characteristics, so you experience a sense of individuality. And each of the floor plans has proven to be popular with Arizona home buyers.”

Arizona home buyers have the opportunity to tour two models from the Summit Collection, The single-story Olympus and the majestic two-story Everest, at Adora Trails.

The Olympus floor plan offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a layout that provides for plenty of privacy. At approximately 2,923 square feet, the home offers a great room for family gatherings and a butler’s pantry that provides access to the formal dining and living rooms. A split three-car garage also includes plenty of storage space. The Olympus also includes a secluded den and a fourth bedroom with optional access from the home’s front courtyard.

The Everest floor plan is towering two-story home that is elegant and elevated, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and approximately 4,576 square feet of living space. The expansive design includes a formal dining room with vaulted ceiling and access to the kitchen through a butler’s pantry. The newly designed layout is conveniently offered in the low $400,000s.

Developed by Taylor Morrison, Adora Trails has taken shape through the artistry of the Summit, Discovery, Encore and Odyssey collections available in the community. Adora Trails also features a centrally located neighborhood clubhouse with a resort-style swimming pool as well as the highly-rated Charlotte Patterson Elementary School.
