Franconia, NH, August 24, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Independent research evaluation shows the most significant factor in a real-world evaluation of a service: its quality of experience. Quality of experience comes from a services fitness for purpose (meeting business requirements) and fitness for use (meeting user needs.)

According to FY/c, "Delighters have the highest combined scores for Fitness for Purpose and Fitness for Use. Delighter's deliver superior functionality and enablement, empowering users to make the most of service features. These services meet or exceed business business technical functional requirements, and fully enable users to meet their goals.

Seven attributes distinguish Delighters: (1) balance of fitness for purpose and fitness for use; (2) performs required functions reliably, accurately and consistently; (3) willingly and promptly provides assistance to access its functionality; (4) delivers on promises, and demonstrates assurance though competence, courtesy, credibility, continuity and security; (5) enables users to achieve their goals through ease of use, and its features, tangibles and design contribute to a shortened learning curve; (6) fosters positive engagement through easy access, good communication, customer understanding and personalized attention; and (7) inspires loyalty in its customers and users.
