The Ballen Group, an Award Winning Real Estate Team in Las Vegas, has closed another Traditional North Las Vegas Home Sale in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas, NV, August 27, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Ballen Group just closed a Home For Sale with a property in North Las Vegas, 89032, Johannan Ln in North Las Vegas, NV.

The list price was $132,900 and it closed at $135,000 with $0.00 toward Closing Costs. This traditional sale took only 18 days total to close with a total of 40 days on market.
