The Ballen Group Sells a Las Vegas Home in Only 18 Days. Las Vegas Home Values Are Increasing.

The Ballen Group, an Award Winning Real Estate Team in Las Vegas, has closed another Traditional North Las Vegas Home Sale in Las Vegas.

The list price was $132,900 and it closed at $135,000 with $0.00 toward Closing Costs. This traditional sale took only 18 days total to close with a total of 40 days on market.
