Avionté Among the 2013 Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies for Second Year

Avionté Ranks No. 1196 on Inc. 500|5000 Fastest Growing Companies List with Three-Year Sales Growth of 349%

St. Paul, MN, August 27, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Inc. magazine ranked staffing software provider Avionté at number 1196 on its 2013 Inc. 500|5000 list, placing it among an exclusive group of America's entrepreneurs. Inc.’s annual list represents independent entrepreneurs and ranks the nation’s fastest-growing privately-held companies.

Companies on the 2013 Inc. 500|5000 list were ranked according to their percentage of revenue growth from 2009 to 2012. This is the second consecutive year Avionté has been named to this list, representing a three-year growth of 349 percent. On this year’s list, the staffing software provider also placed # 20 for Minnesota Companies and # 46 for the Inc. 5000 Top 100 Human Resources companies.

John Long, CEO, is thrilled to hear that Avionté had made this year’s list.

“We feel so honored to be a part of this list,” said Long. “We’re among some of the best companies in the country. As a young and growing company, I think making this list for the second year in a row confirms our leadership position in this space and our dedication to the staffing industry. And what’s just as exciting to me is that we’ve accomplished this through 100% organic growth.”

In addition to making the Inc. 500|5000 list, earlier this year, Avionté was named as a Top Workplace in Minnesota for the second year and earned a place on Minnesota Business Magazine’s Best Companies to Work For list. Both lists focus on workplace strengths and are based on attributes such as leadership, employee benefits and the company's strategic direction.

Avionté has continued to make positive strides since its inclusion on last year’s Inc. 500|5000 list. Avionté is revamping its mobile strategy with a mobile sales application and has released two new versions of the software. The most recent version, 13.1, includes an extensive list of new features and software enhancements, such as an ACA compliance module and reporting assistance, Canadian support enhancements and a new Avionté online help system. Since last year, Avionté has also added two new integration partners: PeopleClues, a cloud-based assessment provider, and Sterling InfoSystems, a pre-employment background screening provider.

Regarding the company’s success, Long credits Avionté’s strong workplace culture and their customer-focused mindset. “With this award, our employees can see that what they do on a daily basis is truly making a difference,” said Long. “I think this just goes to show that when we maintain focus and take care of our customers first and foremost, the growth will continue to come.”
