Tallahassee, FL, September 05, 2013 --(PR.com )-- James R. Hillger of Tallahassee, Florida has been included in the Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide Edition for his outstanding contributions and achievements in the field of university athletics.

About James R. Hillger
Mr. Hillger is the Maintenance Coordinator for the Seminole Boosters which is a nonprofit direct support organization for Florida State University Athletics. He oversees the maintenance department and ensures that all sky boxes and stadium concession stands are in working order. For the previous 21 years, Mr. Hillger was the Chief Engineer for Shooting Star Mobile Television Production Truck from 4/82-9/94, WKXT-TV Ch.8 Knoxville, Tennessee from 9/94-10/96, WINT-TV Ch.20 Crossville, Tennessee from 10/96-9/97, WBXX-TV Ch.20 Knoxville, Tennessee from 10/97-1/98 and Florida News Channel from 2/98-12/03. He has built transmitter sites and has put these stations back on the air with new transmitters and equipment which he ran himself. With Shooting Star Production Truck, Mr. Hillger has worked for all the networks and has been to many events including the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, Korea and the 1992 Pan American Games in Cuba. With the Seminole Boosters, he has also worked for Seminole Productions which does all the football, basketball and baseball games. He was born on May 9, 1950 in Big Spring, Texas. Mr. Hillger married Nancy on February 7, 1997 and they have a daughter, Amanda Blankenship. In his spare time he enjoys watching college football, carpentry and gardening.
