Sep 14 2013, 7:50pm CDT | by PR.com

Anaheim, CA, September 14, 2013 --(PR.com )-- Ultimate New Home Sales and Marketing Inc. (UNHS) continues to garner awards for its sales efforts on behalf of new home builders of all sizes throughout the Southern California region. 2nd Quarter “Sales Person Awards” have just been announced by the Greater Sales and Marketing Council (Greater SMC), and the Ultimate New Home Sales team again dominated the awards for superior sales skills for Southern California home builders from San Diego to the Coachella Valley. Nominated are UNHS team members Heliana Tannus, Kim Larini and Lisa Young for successful sales efforts at communities in the Riverside County region, along with UNHS sales experts Steve Merryman, Connie Keogh and Steve Sullivan for record sales at communities in the county of Los Angeles. All six agents are again being recognized for Ultimate’s top-rated sales skills on behalf of their new home builder clients. The Ultimate New Home Sales team continues to be the #1 new home sales organization in Southern California.

“We are pleased that several members of our experienced sales staff have again been recognized by the Greater Sales and Marketing Council, says Steve Kaller, President of Ultimate New Home Sales. “Every member of our sales team is a highly skilled individual, committed to excellence in every phase of sales and marketing. They are continuously training and garnering the tools to consistently outsell the competitors at higher dollars per square foot, lower incentive dollars, and deliver virtually no broker co-op sales. It’s tough competition going up against the public builders and brokers, so we are extremely proud of all the success and superior results achieved. Our clients quickly learn the depth of their expertise as they begin the transaction process. Everyone on our team is passionate about the business of selling and delivering the ultimate in client care.”

For over 27 years Ultimate has provided valuable market research and pricing studies to builders, banks and investors. As a full-service marketing and brokerage firm, the Ultimate team of specialists successfully maximizes the value of a client’s real estate assets. Ultimate’s comprehensive knowledge, expertise and creative selling strategies yield a higher degree of sales while delivering effective and thorough communication and guidance throughout every transaction. UNHS efficiently tailors each community transaction to address the needs and requirements of each unique buyer profile. Ultimate’s sphere of expertise includes investors, land acquisition, superior sales and sales management, market research, project review and sales reporting.
