Houston, TX, September 25, 2013 --(PR.com)-- "Mini-Storage Messenger" magazine has listed Amazing Spaces® Storage Centers as a Top-Operator of 2013.The list features the industry’s key players and ranks the top 100 self storage operators in the US by total rentable square footage.
According to the Self Storage Association’s 2013 mid-year industry fact sheet, there are approximately 52,500 self storage facilities in the United States with a combined total of roughly 2.23 billion square feet of rentable storage space. Among these, Houston-based Amazing Spaces Storage Centers rises in rank to #88 with four company-owned and managed properties totaling 2,923 storage units which contain 369,680 square feet of rentable space. Amazing Spaces is still growing and plans to begin construction on two new Texas locations in 2014.
This is the second year Amazing Spaces has been ranked as a Top Operator, in 2013 by "Mini-Storage Messenger" (MSM), the “education destination for Self Storage” and in 2011 by Inside Self Storage (ISS).
