Master-Planned Community Offers Plenty of Amenities, Golf, Taylor Morrison Homes

Missouri City, TX, September 26, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Taylor Morrison has announced that its first home at Sienna Plantation is under construction, set for a sales debut in early 2014.

The Houston home builder will offer two collections of homes at Sienna Plantation, the Legacy Series and the Inspired Series, both offering floor plans that emphasize the best of Texas living.

“We’re excited to start our first home at Sorrento in Sienna Plantation,” said Jim Ellison, vice president of Sales and Marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Houston division. “The community offers plenty of amenities for our home buyers as well as a landscape of oaks, elms and rolling hills that adds an additional texture that home buyers will love.”

With the lush, dense forest setting the stage just north of the Brazos River, Sienna Plantation offers a suburban life that is removed from the hectic demands of everyday life. Sienna Plantation offers home buyers access to multiple high-level amenities, including the 12-acre Club Sienna with its private water adventure park, junior Olympic pool, community center, terraced amphitheater, fishing pier, lighted tennis courts and sand volleyball court.

The 18-hole Sienna Plantation Golf Club is also accessible by residents, offering a golf experience that takes full advantage of the area’s topography and natural forest of live oaks, cedar elms and other native trees.

Tucked away in a gated section, the Legacy series will capture your attention by offering grand floor plans ranging from 3,163 square feet to more than 4,010 square feet. This series elicits it’s own elegance with choice of multiple elevations.

Striking and modern, the Inspired Series features elegant floor plans ranging from four to five bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 baths and three-car garages. Starting at 3,587 square feet, these homes provide plenty of living space for families.
