Ultimate New Home Sales Continues Awards Sweep at SOCAL Awards 2013

Anaheim, CA, October 03, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Ultimate New Home Sales Team continues its awards sweep in the Southern California Building Industry as four members of their sales team have been selected as finalists for the prestigious Southern California Building Industry Association SOCAL Awards of 2013. Steven Kaller, CEO of Ultimate New Home Sales commented, “We are very excited and proud to announce that three members of Ultimate’s outstanding sales team are in the running for three of the six possible Sales Person of the Year Awards: Steve Merryman, Lead Sales Counselor; Steve Sullivan, Sales Counselor; and Heliana Tannus, Sales Counselor. In addition, Liz Grisamore, Vice president of Sales and Marketing, is a finalist for Sales Manager of the Year.”

The SOCAL 2013 Awards Show, which takes place on October 5th at The Grove of Anaheim, California, is an annual competition hosted jointly by the Greater Sales & Marketing Council and Building Industry Association of Southern California to recognize stellar industry professionals across all facets of the new home building industry. With more than forty categories of competition that include sales and marketing, product design, model complex landscaping, interior merchandising, sales office design, logo design, graphics, brochures, signage, advertisements, overall advertising campaigns, special promotions, internet marketing and individual achievement in the new home building industry, both companies and individuals compete for the coveted awards. Ultimate New Home Sales has won awards continuously over the past two decades. Kaller explained, "We are very proud that these experience members of our sales staff have been recognized for their accomplishments. Their nominations for numerous industry awards are representative of the company’s proven track record of successful sales and marketing of new home developments. To be consistently recognized by our peers in the building industry year after year is certainly an honor.”
