Las Vegas based provider of management services elevates Dawn Gilliland to head client accounts.

Las Vegas, NV, October 15, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Benevolent Generation LLC, a provider of management services to businesses and other organizations, has promoted Dawn Gilliland to help oversee delivery of services to its growing list of clients.

Chefach Holdings Inc., one of the firm’s top accounts, will be her first assignment.

Ms. Gilliland has been with Benevolent Generation since February of this year, after being placed through the Nevada Job Connect program.

“The knowledge and proven managerial abilities Dawn Gilliland brings to this position make her an obvious choice as a general manager,” says George Berar, chief operating officer of Benevolent Generation LLC. “We are a team of investors, business systems experts and advisors bringing fresh skills and points of view to the task of finding solutions to common business problems. Our market success is testament to the cost-effective services we offer, and Dawn has shown exceptional ability in meeting goals and getting results.”

In business since 2010, Benevolent Generation LLC offers state of the art expertise in graphic and content composition, branding, e-commerce, advertising, retail, social media, IT, management, marketing, finance and legal issues according to its website. It also creates order processing infrastructure for clients’ operations and helps assess target markets with recursive feedback loops, deep econometric and statistical analysis, and channel development.

“As a young company focused on modern, innovative solutions we value Dawn’s demonstrated ability to get the most out of our staff resources on behalf of clients,” adds Alice Edwards, the company’s operations manager. “Nevada Job Connect has provided us with a team player quick to identify challenges and match them with solutions. We are, needless to say, quite pleased with the results.”

Her promotion has Gilliland very positive on her new role: “We have much to offer businesses seeking to improve efficiency, and I’m proud to now help manage that mission.”
