In their 14th annual Top-1,000 rankings, Kommersant Publishing House and the Russian Managers Association rank Uniastrum Corporate Secretary Olga Merkulova and Vice President of Marketing Margarita Tarasova among Russia’s best.

Moscow, Russia, October 22, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Olga Merkulova came fourth among the country’s corporate managers, and Margarita Tarasova placed fifth among marketing directors in the commercial bank category.

Ms. Merkulova joined Uniastrum in 2006, serving as Corporate Secretary since 2008. Her duties include ensuring smooth and effective interaction between the Bank’s management bodies, specifically between the owners, the Board of Directors and senior executives, organizing and running meetings of the BoD, the Management Board and various BoD committees, as well as ensuring that the Bank complies with the highest standards of corporate governance.
