Website offers multiple CRE listing options beginning with up to two free listings and free search.

Dublin, OH, October 22, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Exrema Co., a privately held start-up business founded in Ohio in 2010, will launch its new nationwide commercial real estate listing website spotCRE.com. The site will display listings for sale or lease in various industries, including healthcare, hospitality, multi-family, office, retail and more.

Geared toward brokerage firms, real estate agents, individual purchasers and investors, Exrema Co. offers three membership options:
- Free membership with the option to list up to two listings, these can be seen by all members, not just a few at the top level,
- Basic membership with the option to list up to seven listings, starting at $6.00/month with quarterly payments, and
- Top membership with the option to list up to fifty listings starting at only $12.50/month with yearly payment.

It is only necessary to input data into one page to add a Commercial Property for sale or lease in spotCRE; "Simple to use" is the company’s motto. The website is also simple and clear in its layout - no marketing gimics. spotCRE offer what you might consider to be premium perks with no extra charge. This includes the newly developed featured Random Property system, which equals opportunities for all clients.

Another outstanding difference from conventional vendors will be the ability of paid members to determine for themselves the duration of their memberships. With the paid Basic and Top memberships, the user can chose between monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or yearly payments. There are no subscriptions. If the user chooses not to renew his charged membership, he or she will default automatically to the Free membership after the end of the paid time frame.
