Corona Heating Company Qualifies for HERO Financing Program

HERO or Home Energy Renovation Opportunity Program is a low cost financing program designed to help home owners reduce their energy usage. Qualifications to offer this loan are strict, but WC Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing Inc. has qualified.

Murrieta, CA, October 22, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) had launched its HERO Program in 2011 to help Riverside residents reduce their energy usage and opt for energy efficient renewable energy systems. This is a low cost, fixed interest rate financing system that functions primarily through Corona's heating and air conditioning companies. Corona-based air conditioning and maintenance company, WC Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing Inc. has now qualified for the HERO Program.

This means that they can now allow customers to seek finance for energy efficient heating and air conditioning systems. "Homeowners can borrow up to 10% of their home's value. The approvals are non-credit based with low interest rates and repayment can be made as a part of the property tax bill over a period of 5-15 years. The financing is tax deductible as well," says a spokesperson for the Corona heating company.

The money that would be saved on utility bills (thanks to the energy efficient systems) can be covered by the payments. And when the property is sold before the money is repaid, the new owners are allowed to make the remaining payments.

Besides this program, WC Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing Inc. are also offering the Edison Rebate. Customers who're eligible for this program can claim a rebate up to $1750 and a manufacturer rebate up to $1000. "We've completed more than 400 Edison rebates until now," adds the spokesperson.
