MTR Gaming Launches Innovative Online Player’s Club Platform & Online Casino

Oct 24 2013, 10:40am CDT | by PR.com

Chester, WV, October 24, 2013 --(PR.com)-- MTR Gaming Group, Inc. (NasdaqGS: MNTG) announced today the launch of its “INClub” online player’s club and its free INClub online casino. Customers can access their personalized INClub webpage by going to www.MYINClub.com. The free personalized website features a variety of new member benefits, special promotional offers, a fully-integrated INClub online play-for-free casino, private messaging, dedicated social media feeds such as the INClub Facebook and INClub Twitter, direct links to casino property websites and more.

“This platform is completely integrated with our systems and has the potential to reduce promotional expenses and direct mail costs while achieving greater penetration in the company’s three gaming markets,” said Joseph Billhimer, MTR President & COO. “Its exclusivity, design, functionality and complete integration with a variety of exciting features and value propositions will enhance the customer experience and garner more patron loyalty. It also positions the company to move quickly against the advent of real money internet gambling.”

MTR Gaming Group partnered with enterprise technology leader Oracle for its Social Relationship Management (SRM) platform which is part of the INClub’s social media back-end system. It leverages best-in-class social technologies by Oracle Social Cloud and facilitates a true CRM driven experience.

“Consumers today have come to expect social to be part of their everyday digital lives and as such social has now proven itself vital to an organization’s holistic customer experience,” said Meg Bear, Group Vice President, Oracle Social Cloud. “Businesses today like MTR Gaming Group are wisely integrating social throughout their digital presence to provide their customers with the most optimal and engaging experience while delivering real business value across the enterprise.”

Aristocrat Technologies Inc., provided MTR with the play-for-free online casino platform. “MTR has been an incredible partner for years, and they have always been willing to embrace new technologies to benefit their customers,” said Aristocrat Vice President of System Sales and Marketing Kelly Shaw. “This new platform gives MTR customers an engaging and fun way to enjoy all that MTR has to offer and provides MTR another way to stay connected with their valued customers.”

The viewpoint that MTR Gaming Group is embracing and employing cutting-edge technology is shared by Easypurl, a multi-channel marketing company which provided MTR with the technology that enables dynamic webpage creation and personalized url’s (PURL’s).

“Working with MTR Gaming we developed unique solutions that will enable them to leverage player data and create personalized customer portals that will enhance loyalty for years to come,” said Tej Kohli, Easypurl CEO.

Company officials believe this integrated platform will revolutionize conventional casino marketing and players clubs.

“It’s a new world - the way we socialize has changed which is why we’ve designed this platform to exploit over 200 million social networks, blogs, channels and conversations that take place in the online world,” said Fred Buro, MTR Chief Marketing Officer. “Plus, the platform inexpensively accomplishes a variety of new tactical marketing functions; it provides our INClub members instant access to club benefits in a compelling online social environment, and members can play an online casino for free. It’s a place where it’s fun to communicate with the INClub community and other peer groups, and more.”

“With a simple click, INClub members can engage club staff or each other on various platforms and channels. They can instantly receive targeted special offers and promotions from MTR brick and mortar casinos. This platform puts an overwhelming amount of cost-effective control and power in our hands. It’s innovative and intuitive, it was designed and developed by us and we are very proud of it,” said Buro.
