Helene Kelbaugh of Keller Williams Realty Baltimore Just Closed Another Dundalk Real Estate Transaction in Baltimore, Maryland Helping Another Baltimore Buyer

Another customer with a smile in Dundalk-Baltimore was helped by Helene Kelbaugh of Keller Williams Realty Baltimore as they successfully closed on their Baltimore home. This Baltimore Real Estate Transaction closed in 45 days which is record time with a first time home buyer grant used as part of the process.

In addition to the grant, the buyer received closing cost assistance from the seller.
