This Baltimore Real Estate Transaction closed in 45 days which is record time with a first time home buyer grant used as part of the process.

Baltimore, MD, October 29, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Helene Kelbaugh of Keller Williams Realty in Baltimore chose Baltimore as the community to live, work and play. Helene and her husband have lived in Baltimore for many years. Baltimore is Helene's business. She believes in the Dundalk Baltimore community.

Helene was honored to help Dundalk's newest first time home buyer. This purchase took 45 days to settle from contract to close. In addition to a proficient settlement time, the buyer took advantage of a FHA CDA grant. The FHA CDA grant dramatically reduced the down payment the buyer had to bring to the table. In addition to the grant, the buyer received closing cost assistance from the seller.

The property which was located in Dundalk 21222 in Baltimore was on the market for 17 days.

"I can't explain how exciting it is to help a first time home buyer in accomplish their goal. This was a challenging time for the buyer as the clock was ticking because the buyers lease was expiring. I work with consistent professionals to help ensure a smooth process," says Helene Kelbaugh of Keller Williams Realty Baltimore.
