Black Friday Deals - Vacation Rentals Now Part of the Madness

Southern Shores Realty - The Outer Banks Expert, announces Black Friday vacation deals to kick off the upcoming booking season. Founded on variable pricing strategies, the one day event features thousands of dollars in discounts and is groundbreaking for the Outer Banks rental market.

Southern Shores, NC, November 14, 2013 --(PR.com)-- On November 29 at midnight, Southern Shores Realty, the longest operating vacation rental company on the Outer Banks, will be hosting a Black Friday sale on vacation rentals for the first time in company history.

Every year, on the day after Thanksgiving, millions of consumers across the country access the internet to take advantage of “Black Friday” one-day sales and deals. The Outer Banks vacation rental industry has not fully taken advantage of this popular online shopping day and Southern Shores Realty is proud to pioneer it.

The concept is simple, yet founded on more complex variable pricing strategies. The demand for vacation rentals on the Outer Banks, as well as most other beach destinations along the East Coast typically kicks into high gear on January 1st each year; the holidays are over and many families begin securing their summer getaways. The premise of Southern Shores Realty's Black Friday sale is to leverage the buzz of the Black Friday shopping holiday to fill dozens of weeks much earlier to deal hungry shoppers.

Although the first of it's kind and months ahead of peak booking season, hopes are high for the one day spectacular. The Black Friday vacation deals are limited to online bookings only, and include many popular summer vacation weeks like the 4th of July and Labor Day. At the time of this release, the company estimates over $50,000 in discounts will be available on Black Friday.

Those interested in the Black Friday sale can visit Southern Shores Realty's Black Friday Sale countdown page. A timer has been installed and the offers will automatically appear at midnight, making it easy for users to bookmark the page and return on Black Friday.

Southern Shores Realty has been proudly serving the Outer Banks since 1947. They specialize in vacation rental homes, property management, long term rentals, and real estate sales.
