Sterling, VA, November 22, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Ask Gina & Company with Keller Williams Loudoun Gateway sold their Cascades listing at 47626 Sandbank Square in Sterling, Virginia for a price of $391,000. This is the fourth home sold by AGC on Sandbank Square in 6 months. The buyers took out a conventional loan and were granted a $300 seller credit to contribute toward closing costs in the procurement of their Potomac Falls home. Sandbank Square was originally listed for $399,000 and was on the market for 25 days.
