Potomac Falls, VA, November 22, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Elizabeth Kovalak, of Ask Gina & Company with Keller Williams Loudoun Gateway, sold the Rivercrest listing at 47273 Ox Bow Circle in Potomac Falls, Virginia for a price of $760,000. The buyers took out a conventional loan and were provided a seller credit of $10,000 to be put toward closing costs. The Northern Virginia tree and water view home was originally listed for $774,000 and was on the market for 48 days.
