New Novelty Gift Now Available for the Holiday Season

Looking for the best stocking stuffer this holiday season, once it was the pet rock, today there is applestock.co

West Hollywood, CA, November 22, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Inventor, owner and creator of applestock.co, Jonathan Sidy, is aiming to make the new "it" gift available for less than $9 and shipped free.

California has been known for being the home of crazy ideas. First it was a box that could speak to the world (the computer.) Today its apple tree cuttings sold in a tube. A California based entrepreneur has come up with a silly way to have fun with the holidays.

"Call it my childhood. If I was once excited to get a rock as a pet I thought hmmm..." - says Jonathan Sidy, owner of Lateral Perspectives, a California based creative think tank who created the idea for what is today applestock.co. While always being one to come up with new ideas, he's used to being told to go outside and play. "My father would say, 'Don't you have something else to do?' Little did I know my future was all around me." That love of nature and inventing led to work first as a design build landscaper, then as creator of the faux hedge fencefabric.com, and now selling apple wood cuttings in a tube.

Friends and consumers alike echo the same sentiment, "What a fun idea!" "While sharing the idea with others, people's first reaction is to laugh," says Sidy. Applestock.co is the place to go for fun, inexpensive holiday gifts. Today, when the economy has so many people tightening their belts, Applestock.co wants to remind people that fun can be frugal.

Applestock.co gives a new meaning to the phrase, "Sticks and Stones..." this holiday season.
