Gilmer, TX, December 17, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Robroy Industries Conduit Division, manufacturer of ETL-Verified PVC coated galvanized rigid conduit (Plasti-Bond, Perma-Cote and KorKap), announces that Amber Tippit has joined the company as a Human Resource Specialist.

Amber Tippit brings more than five years Human Resource experience, along with six years of management experience in resourcing, retention and continuous education to Robroy Industries. Mrs. Tippit earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University, Texarkana, TX. Mrs. Tippit is also a certified PHR (Professional in Human Resources).

“Amber Tippit’s human resource experience will be utilized to aid Robroy Industries with its aggressive growth plans, including an ongoing effort to attract top talent to join the organization,” states Lauren Conley, Director of Human Resources.
