The property on Gilder Creek Farm was listed on December 4, 2013 and was put in contract within two days of coming on the market. The property was a 3 bedroom and 2 bath home for sale in Five Forks, Simpsonville 29681 and was closed on December 18, 2013.

It was listed for $175,000 and sold for the same price.
