ClaimVantage Announces New AbsenceDirect Business-Leave Management Product

ClaimVantage has developed a guided absence tracking system with anytime access and always up-to-date regulatory compliance.

Portland, ME, January 06, 2014 --(PR.com )-- ClaimVantage, an international provider of automated claims-management technology, has released its first commercial off-the-shelf product – AbsenceDirect - to provide businesses with “best practice” absence leave management.

AbsenceDirect is a cloud-based, ready-to-use absence leave management tool specifically developed to improve company leave record keeping and compliance. Employers and Third Party Administrators (TPA’s), particularly in the USA market, can incorporate both state and federal leave types, including FMLA and ADA rules. It is powered by the Force.com platform and is now available to download from the AppExchange.

Small-to-mid size businesses, large corporations and even global franchises of various sizes (50-10,000+ employees) can quickly improve USA leave management compliance by using AbsenceDirect. As a subscription-based online product, every business can now lower leave management costs and non-compliance penalty risks and benefit from this best practice guided system. Use fees range depending on number of employees.

To further accommodate large employers and TPA’s who may prefer customization, ClaimVantage also has a service-supported AbsencePlus option available.

Prior to AbsenceDirect, ClaimVantage, with operation centers in Dublin, Ireland and Portland, ME USA, has primarily focused on providing insurance companies, third party insurance administrators (TPA’s), and self-insured employers with Disability, Accident, Absence, and Life (including Integrated FMLA and Disability) claim technology products. Since its 2006 launch, ClaimVantage has provided services in Ireland, North America and Canada. The company has recently expanded its target market to include Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the UK.
