New Website Aims to Help New Real Estate Investors in Their Marketing Efforts

New Investor Graphics is pleased to announce the launch of its website providing marketing graphics for new real estate investors. The website provides inexpensive graphic designs for business cards, flyers, door hangers and postcards. The website also contains a blog where new investors can comment and share ideas.

San Antonio, TX, January 13, 2014 --(PR.com)-- “I am very excited to be able to provide an alternative to the generic real estate artwork that is sold on most of the online printing services,”stated Martin Cortez, owner and graphic designer of NewInvestorGraphics.com. “I have focused my work on serving those just starting out in real estate - the real estate “newbie.” I think it’s important for them to have a look of credibility in their marketing efforts.”

Mr. Cortez has nearly 25 years experience in the graphic arts and printing industry and ventured into real estate in his late thirties. He found an experienced investor to mentor him and now owns several investment properties.

“I decided to use the combination of my life experiences and passions to create NewInvestorGraphics.com. I sincerely want to help new real estate investors by providing the most professionally designed marketing graphics available – and I want to provide them at an incredible value,” said Martin. “I believe my designs bridge the gap between commercially available, yet generic, marketing items and those that are professionally designed, yet very expensive.”

The graphic designs are available for download as PDF files and come with complete instructions on how to personalize with a name, phone number and email or website address. After personalization, the PDF file can then be sent to a printing company for printing.

The website contains a blog that is updated with marketing tips and real life experiences by Mr. Cortez. Recent blog topics include “One Weird Trick to Find Owners of Vacant Houses” and “Get Two Chances to Make a First Impression.” Readers are encouraged to comment.

A free email newsletter is also offered and comes with a free marketing graphics package that includes a business card, flyer, door hanger and postcard.

New real estate investors interested in learning more about how they can effectively promote their business can visit www.NewInvestorGraphics.com or contact Martin Cortez at 210-843-8505.
