Infinity Hospice Care receives $4.98 million for ground-up construction project.

Las Vegas, NV, February 15, 2014 --(PR.com )-- TMC Financing, Clark County’s largest provider of SBA 504 loans, worked with Bank of Nevada to provide financing to Infinity Hospice Care of Las Vegas, LLC for their ground-up construction project totaling $4.98 million. Cindy Santilena, CCIM served as TMC’s business development officer for the transaction. The SBA 504 loan was used for the new construction of a 9,616 square foot 12-bed hospice in-patient unit and a 9,015 square foot office support building.
