This can also be used to define the steps to do any to-do. After adding a to-do in the task list, you can further define its execution into parts as subtasks. Say, if you have launched a new application and expect a blog entry from your content writing department, you can further divide it into subtasks to make the process more precise. The subtasks could be: understand and try the application, research and compare with our competitors, analyze customers expectations, find a unique selling point and submit the blog. This will communicate the work in a much better way so that the it is done in the desired manner.
