Specialty Flooring of Ridgeland, SC opens showroom and warehouse to service the Low Country, from Hilton Head SC to Savannah GA.

Ridgeland, SC, March 07, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Specialty Flooring opened a new 3,000 square foot showroom and warehouse at 6983 North Okatie Highway in Ridgeland SC. Providing home owners and builders with quality flooring installations, sanding, refinishing and sandless refinishing services, since 2008, Specialty Flooring has serviced hundreds of homes and commercial businesses throughout the Low Country from Beaufort, Bluffton & Hilton Head, SC to the greater Savannah, GA community.

At their new location, prospective home builders, renovation project coordinators, and property managers can choose from over 700 hardwood flooring options. From antique heartwood pine, reclaimed vintage barn woods, and hard-to-find exotic woods … to an extensive selection of engineered hardwoods… there are samples on display to illustrate the wood’s properties.

Owner/operator Kevin Minton is committed to assisting customers with the process from concept to completion. After selecting the preferred hardwood options, and deciding upon the preferred finish for the floors, Kevin and his experienced woodworking team will take proper measurements, provide a competitive estimate, and complete the installation after the floors have received their proper acclimation time to the conditions.

In addition to the sales and servicing of new hardwood flooring, Specialty Flooring offers complete restoration services for existing wood floors. Sanding and refinishing can make existing hardwood floors look like new. Dustless sanders ensure that area remains as clean as possible during the refinishing process.

Specialty Flooring also offers sandless refinishing, which provides another option to restore and renew existing hardwood floors, if the floors are in relatively good shape without gouges or scratches. This process is 100% green, with no odor, and are safe for kids and pets. An average room can be completed in half a day, and can be walkable in only a few hours.
