Toscana Courtyard Model Wins Big at Flagler Parade of Homes; Builder ABD Development Prepares for Orlando Parade in April

ABD Development has been recognized with the Realtor’s Choice and the Grand Award at the 2014 Flagler Parade of Homes. ABD won these awards for its model, the Courtyard II Executive, at Toscana Palm Coast. Toscana is exclusively represented by RE/MAX Oceanside of Flagler Beach and the Parade of Homes will continue until March 16th, 2014. ABD will enter its Providence community and the Courtyard model in the Orlando Parade of Homes to be held in April.

Palm Coast, FL, March 19, 2014 --(PR.com )-- The Flagler County-Palm Coast Home Builders Association awarded ABD Development two awards this year at the 20th Annual Parade of Homes event held March 8th -16th, 2014. Various builders showed select Palm Coast, Florida homes in the Parade for viewing by real estate agents, buyers, and residents. The Courtyard II Executive model was recognized with both the Grand Award and the Realtor’s Choice Award this year.

The Courtyard, located in the luxury gated community of Toscana, is a beautiful two story Mediterranean style house with upscale details, a wooded view, and an abundance of natural light. It features a pool and spa and is listed for $425,000. Represented exclusively by the RE/MAX Oceanside agency, Toscana offers its residents a peaceful environment along with easy access to the beaches and amenities of Flagler County.

“We have won the Grand Award for this model before, but this was the first time the real estate professionals themselves voted us to the top with the Realtor’s Choice Award,” says Yuval Botansky, President of ABD Development. “We thank everyone involved with this event and we anticipate continued success for the Toscana community and the area as a whole. Palm Coast is a location we found to be perfect for our coastal development after we sold out many of our communities in Central Florida.”

The celebrated Courtyard model in the Davenport golf community of Providence will be ABD’s entry in the upcoming Orlando Parade of Homes to be held April 26th and 27th, and May 3rd and 4th, 2014. Providence has been recognized with numerous awards for community development since its creation in 2007 and ABD Development is looking forward to presenting its continuously growing neighborhoods once again to the esteemed judges and participants in the Parade.
