Greater Phoenix Market Perspective: At April's monthly meeting, Mike Orr, a highly regarded expert on the Greater Phoenix Real Estate Market, provides a unique insight on the market from an investor's perspective. He will analyze the current conditions and trends and give members his prediction for the future. Mike is the Director of the Center for Real Estate Theory & Practice within the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. As the timing is so critical, Mike will cover his Market Perspective during the main meeting to provide ample time to cover the information.

Disclosures for Creative Real Estate Investors: Real estate investors acquiring or selling property via Lease/Option/Purchase, Subject To, Wholesale, dealing with distressed homeowners and paying less than market value for the property or using Seller Financing need to ensure proper disclosures are done. A more normal market means a return to creative real estate transactions in volume. Providing adequate disclosures is one of the best ways for protection for real estate investors. April's Workshop is designed to provide the disclosure statements real estate investors should consider using in creative financing transactions.

Market Update: The monthly presentation by Alan Langston covers the latest in trend analysis for the US, Arizona and Greater Phoenix areas, including existing and new homes, foreclosures, REO, short and traditional sales with a look at what is working and why. There will be a complete analysis of the economic condition of Greater Phoenix including trend analysis of employment, data, bankruptcies and current events shaping the real estate investing market.
