Henderon, NV, April 04, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Ballen Group’s newly listed house is located in Las Vegas. The listing price is still to be determined but the property is currently being listed. However, the home did sell in 2011 for just over $100, 000. Lori’s team is ready to get the current owner substantially more than what the owner bought the house for in 2011.

This property on Summer Furnace Street measures 1553 square feet. The house was built in the early 2000’s and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This home also has a lot size of 1742 square feet.
