Free Webinar To Learn The Benefits and Implementation of Holacracy®

San Francisco, CA, April 10, 2014 --(PR.com)-- What could you accomplish if your entire organization were lit up, ultra-efficient, and innovating like mad? Companies are learning about a distributed leadership structure called Holacracy© that can revolutionize your operating and governance practices, scale your organization, and create a whole employee population that is willing and able to take responsibility for their decision-making, resulting in building a conscious organization.

WonderWorks Consulting, the first and only Holacracy® licensee in the US, will be presenting a one hour free Holacracy webinar April 16.

In late 2013, Zappos announced that they would be implementing Holacracy at their company, and since that time, the news about Holacracy has spread. Holacracy had been around long before Zappos made this announcement and hundreds of companies had already implemented Holacracy. In early 2014, The Great Work Cultures Movement had WonderWorks roll out Holacracy into their organization. The purpose of this organization is to become the largest Great Work Cultures movement in the world. They want to make sure they are setting a good example.

Because many people want to find out about Holacracy, WonderWorks Consulting has created this Free Holacracy webinar to allow people to hear how Holacracy has been implemented by other companies and to get an overview of how Holacracy works.

The webinar will be led by WonderWork’s cofounder Anna McGrath. McGrath has spoken on Holacracy and the Holacractic system at dozens of conferences, corporate retreats, workshops and has implemented Holacracy into organizations around the globe. She is also the current Co-Chair of Conscious Capitalism Bay Area Chapter.
