The Ballen Group real estate team based in Las Vegas Nevada has had 62 real estate referrals in the past 79 business days. Marketing strategy and an excellent reputation brings in big business.

Las Vegas, NV, April 14, 2014 --(PR.com)-- In the past 79 weekdays of 2014, The Ballen Group has received 62 business referrals due to their marketing magic and top-notch team members. The group’s marketing strategy is called “The Ballen Method” and was published by The Ballen Group’s owner, Lori Ballen. This method consists of “blasting” both the internet and the area your company is focused in.

One of the websites that The Ballen Group receives many referrals from is Realtor.com. Realtor.com is a website that displays houses for sale, statistics for different housing areas, realtor information, and more. This website brings in many interested homebuyers as well as people looking to sell their home.

Facebook and social media is also optimized by The Ballen Group and is also a great and free way that the team spreads the word on their successes, real estate tips, involvement in the community they service, marketing methods, and advertising. Facebook groups is also a great tool that The Ballen Group uses to bring real estate agents from around the United States together.

Lori Ballen puts a lot of emphasis in Search Engine Optimization. Showing up and staying on page 1 of Google searches for Las Vegas and real estate is a huge goal for Lori. In her published Marketing system The Ballen Method, Lori divulges the secrets of how to get to the top of Google and be the first one potential clients see when they are searching for a company’s specific area of expertise. Lori published The Ballen Method on TheBallenMethod.com over a year ago to allow others to learn how to bring their company to the next level.

The All Star Agent Network is a website of Lori’s creation. It was established for real estate agents to find other real estate agents for referrals that were traceable. The mission statement for the All Star Agent Network is “To provide the real estate industry with the best way to send and receive referrals by requiring communication, tracking progress, and ensuring satisfaction.” So far the network has had a very successful start and has been a part of many real estate referrals.

The Ballen Group is always immensely grateful for their referrals and frequently send out “Wow” gifts, such as brownies or other treats, to individuals who have sent the team referrals. They also get put on a calendar so that The Ballen Group knows when to send them a birthday card or holiday card.

The Ballen Group is owned by Lori and Richard Ballen who began their real estate business in 2007. With their marketing strategies and determination, they have built a solid marketing and real estate team as well as started other real estate related companies. They live and specialize in the Summerlin Area of Las Vegas, and serve the surrounding area of Las Vegas as well.
