Real Gold IRA, LLC is now offering a nationwide alternative to retirement account holders. They specialize in converting high fee IRA/401(k) retirement accounts into IRA LLCs, saving people thousands in account management fees while allowing physical possession of precious metals. Real Gold IRA LLCs are the low cost retirement account.

Provo, UT, April 17, 2014 --(PR.com)-- A median-income, two-earner household will pay nearly $155,000 on a variety of fees associated with their individual retirement savings accounts over the course of their lifetime according to a research paper by Robert Hiltonsmith of the think tank Demos. Real Gold IRA, LLC a Utah-based company is now offering a nationwide alternative to these fee-driven retirement accounts. Real Gold IRA’s Executive Manager, Marc Kallas, a former educator and trading strategist with TD Ameritrade has spent over 2 years researching a retirement vehicle that has been IRS approved since 1975, the IRA LLC. By converting existing retirement accounts into an IRA LLC, investors have virtually no fees, greater flexibility with assets and true checkbook control; all with the same tax-free or tax-deferred status of their existing accounts. “Asking struggling American households to pay these prices to save for retirement is more than patently unfair, it’s immoral,” Hiltonsmith wrote in the report.

In his review of the Frontline documentary, “The Retirement Gamble,” now available online, Huffington Post Chief Financial Writer Mark Gongloff wrote, “As the documentary makes sadly clear, the retirement system,” 401(k) or similar retirement plan, “is now a giant buffet table of our money, from which various people on Wall Street are grabbing as much cash as they can, while we’re not really paying attention. They take management fees, promotional fees and administrative fees. They take fees for active trading, which are often hidden from the investor.” Other fee facts included in Hiltonsmith’s report:

· The median expense ratio of mutual funds in 401(k) plans was 1.27% in 2010.
· Trading costs vary from year to year, but have been estimated to average approximately 1.2% a year as well.
· Smaller retirement account plans have higher average fees than larger ones.
· The median expense ratio was 1.29%, while for plans with more than 10,000 participants, it was 0.43%.

All told, these median annual fees total 3.76%. This number is staggering when considering its total market valuation. As published in the Investment Company Institute’s last quarterly retirement asset data report of December 31st, there was $23 trillion in U.S. retirement assets under management. Accordingly, Wall Street is generating nearly $1 trillion in annual fees. "The IRA LLC is a management fee killer. Real Gold IRA’s management and asset quarterly fees total only $34, regardless of the value or number of assets held in the IRA LLC. This is the only account fee, period…and probably why you’ve never heard of it. In fact, they are such a closely guarded secret that there are many professionals in the financial sector who are unaware of their existence," added Kallas.

Real Gold IRA is a precious metals distributor that specializes in converting client retirement accounts into IRA LLCs for the sole purpose of owning and taking physical possession of gold & silver via their new account. Robert Kiyosaki, author of “Rich Dad, Poor Dad,” was recently quoted as saying, “Gold and silver is God’s money…Cash is trash.” The dollar has been losing value steadily since 1972. This process has been accelerated in recent years due to Quantitative Easing (QE) and other Federal Reserve policies. Many people see the effects of inflation every time they go to the grocery store or gas pump. The traditional method of preserving buying power is to own gold and silver. Former Federal Reserve Board Chairman, Alan Greenspan summed it up best when he said, “In the absence of the gold standard, there is no way to protect savings from confiscation through inflation.”

If a client wants to convert all or some of an existing account or accounts, Real Gold IRA can design a custom plan to facilitate their needs. Real Gold IRA’s staff of experts has decades of experience in the financial and precious metals markets. Their network of industry professionals draft and review all necessary documents to complete account conversions from start to finish, including all federal and state filings.

If you are an investor who is:

· Wanting to take control of account management fees;
· Looking to diversify;
· Attracted to the idea of physical possession of metals rather than relying on a depository; or
· Trying to hedge against current market volatility (tech, housing, stocks and bond bubbles);
