Sterling, VA, April 25, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Ask Gina & Company, with Keller Williams Loudoun Gateway, sold the Cascades townhome they had listed for $425,000 at 47589 Sandbank Square in Sterling, Virginia. Buyers took out a conventional loan to purchase the home for a price of $430,000. The stunning Sterling unit was only on the market for two days before its hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, and spacious finished basement caught the eyes of new owners.
