Corporate Screening Partners with Sutter Health to Implement Oracle Taleo Background Solution

May 11 2014, 2:01am CDT | by

Sutter Health has implemented the use of Corporate Screening's Oracle Taleo Onboarding and Transitions Cloud Services background screening integration. This tailored solution saves time for Sutter and speeds up its hiring.

Middleburg Heights, OH, May 11, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Corporate Screening Services, Inc. (CS), a leading provider of pre-employment background screening services, is pleased to announce the enrollment of their client partner, Sutter Health, in the use of the Corporate Screening Oracle Taleo Onboarding and Transitions Cloud Services background screening integration. This integration, unique to the background screening and tailored to meet Sutter’s needs, eliminates unnecessary steps in Sutter Health’s talent management workflow, saving the health organization time and speeding up its hiring.

“The partnership between Corporate Screening and Sutter Health goes beyond just the integration of a background screening solution,” said Greg Dubecky, President of Corporate Screening. “We’ve worked closely with Sutter’s Human Resources group for many years, and this newest integration is even more seamless than before, allowing Sutter’s HR professionals to accomplish more work in less time.”

CS’s background screening integration with Oracle Taleo Enterprise Cloud Service features workflows that automatically initiate background checks and automatically interfaces with candidates when necessary. The customized background screening process is user-friendly, and offers recruiters the ability to track the progress through Onboarding Transitions task management solutions. This integration is also the first and only product of its type that initiates background screening in the latter stages of the talent acquisition process, enabling employers to meet EEOC guidelines that suggest employers wait until later in the hiring process before performing criminal background screening.

“Sutter Health’s Recruitment and HRIS teams have been delighted with the integration of Corporate Screening’s background solution with Oracle Taleo Enterprise Cloud Service,” said Jared Weed, Recruitment Leader at Sutter. “The technology has allowed us to create a fully automated and paperless background process that seamlessly integrates with our on-boarding procedures, and streamlines the process for the Recruitment staff and candidates.”

Dubecky added, “The combination of Corporate Screening’s innovative, customized background screening technology together with our in-depth investigation and analysis makes this product an industry game changer.”
