Sterling, VA, May 12, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Ask Gina & Company, with Keller Williams Loudoun Gateway, assisted their buyer in the purchase of the Potomac Lakes home at 42369 Winsbury West Place in Sterling, Virginia. Buyers took out an FHA loan to purchase the NOVA home for $630,000. AGC was able to show their buyers the new listing promptly and the following day the couple was ratified on their stunning Sterling home.

Buyers' agent, Jennifer Warner states, "We first met Martin and Marcela when helping them find a rental home two and a half years ago. Now with a lease end date approaching and baby #1 on the way they were ready to find their first home and settle in as soon as possible. A professional home inspection ensured all was in good order while Champion Title once again went above and beyond to bring us to close when needed."

Warner, Agent for Ask Gina & Company, has been helping buyers in Northern Virginia purchase homes since 2009.
