EA’s Need for Speed has a 20 year history. For the 2015 release of Need for Speed, EA is completely rebooting the game. The new Need for Speed coming this fall will bring rich customization, authentic urban car culture, a nocturnal open world, and an immersive narrative that drives the new Need for Speed.
EA says that the new Need for Speed is fueled by their own Speedhunters car culture community. The community has helped deliver a new Need for Speed experience that is grounded in authentic car culture by diving into the world of past, present and emergent trends of the urban car scene.
EA has released a live action teaser for Need for Speed on Youtube. On June 15 the first game play video of the new Need for Speed will be released. This date is not random. On June 16 the E3 2015 trade show will start in Los Angeles.
The new Need for Speed will be released this Fall on PC, Microsoft Xbox One, and Sony PlayStation 4.
The most recent Need for Speed game release is Need for Speed Rivals.
