San Francisco private equity firm Hellman & Friedman is among those bidding to buy Shutterfly, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the situation. Bain Capital and Silver Lake are also interested in buying the Redwood City-based online photo-sharing service, Reuters reported Wednesday. The news services said all parties involved declined to comment. A deal may be completed by early September for the company, (NASDAQ: SFLY) which has a market cap of $2 billion. ...
